An indie strategy board game
Two traditions. One battlefield. Western chess pieces face off against janggi — Korean chess — in a game where every move rewrites the rules you thought you knew.
Chess vs Janggi brings two of the world's great strategy traditions onto a single board. Command the familiar chess army — or the janggi side, where there is no queen, the general never leaves the palace, and cannons must leap to strike.
Asymmetric design: each side plays by its own movement rules, creating matchups neither tradition has seen before.
Adaptive AI opponents that learn your style, plus in-game analysis that helps you understand every position — built for both newcomers and seasoned players.
Deep enough for chess and janggi veterans, approachable enough for anyone who loves a good battle of wits.
